From Parma to Milano
Quore Italiano was born in 2012 from an idea of Marcello Rizza and Giuseppe Beani, with the aim of serving fresh, quality products every day. Pasta, pizza and coffee represent the highest expression of made in Italy food in the world. In 2013 the first pilot store opens in Via Mazzini in Parma, in 2015 Quore Italiano arrives in Milan in the Duomo, precisely in Piazza Liberty. The philosophy that unites our premises is customer orientation and a passion for the quality of raw materials.
GNOCCO FRITTO and SALUMI DI PARMA
Parma Tradition
LO GNOCCO FRITTO is a traditional Emilian product and is also known as crescentina in Bologna, fried cake in Parma and chisulén or chisolino in Piacenza.
The fried dumpling is ideal to accompany cold cuts.
Walking through the villages of Emilia it is easy to smell its scent coming from the oldest taverns or from the houses of the rezdore who spread it by hand, just like we do!
